By accessing and using Sporty Stocks, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Sporty Coins Only

Sporty Stocks is a sports based stock market game that uses only Sporty Coins (SC), a currency with no cash value. All trades, shares, and payouts have no real monetary value. This is not gambling.

User Accounts

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person is permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate the game
• Use bots or automated tools
• Harass or abuse other users
• Choose a username that is offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonates someone
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. You can block or report any player from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours and may change offending usernames or remove accounts without notice.

All content, features, and functionality of Sporty Stocks are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Team and league names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Game mechanics, prices, and features may change at any time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost Sporty Coins (SC), game progress, or data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
